Eat Away Your Acne is a 44-page e-book which has been produced to help those who despair of ever finding a way to get rid of this disfiguring skin condition. It must be stressed that this is not a rigidly prescribed diet that will fail if you eat so much as a mouthful out of place, but is rather a set of guidelines. The author even encourages you to allow yourself “cheat treats” from time to time, so you will see it as an enjoyable program rather than a grind.
One downside of the book is that it is quite brief, and rather basic in the information it provides. Some readers might see it as skimpy and might feel the need for more detailed information about the various topics discussed. In addition, it is not suitable for those who want a quick fix. It demands quite a disciplined approach, which not everyone will succeed in sticking to, and is really intended for those who want to be in it for the long term.
